What are the minimum requirements?

What happens when my license expires?
Your license must be renewed 1 year after purchase, otherwise it expires and you will no longer have access to software updates or email support. We will not disable any of the plugin’s features when your license expires.
Can I upgrade my license later?
Absolutely. In fact, it's super easy. Just visit the Licenses tab in My Account (you may need to login), click the "Upgrade" button, choose your new license, confirm payment, and your license will be upgraded instantly.
What is PriorityExpert™ email support?
PriorityExpert™ email support guarantees that a developer will handle your support request. A developer will reply to your very first email and a developer who works on the software will see it through to conclusion. It also means that your request will be assigned the highest priority in our queue.
In contrast, Standard email support requests are assigned a lower priority and may be handled by a non-developer before being escalated to a developer (if necessary).

How do software updates work?
When there's a new release of the plugin or its addons, the update will show in the WordPress dashboard just like any other plugins and you can update them just like any other plugins. You can also download the plugin zips by logging into My Account.

How do renewals work?
You’ll receive software updates and support for 1 year after purchase. On the anniversary of your purchase, your subscription will automatically renew giving you another year of software updates and support. If you cancel your subscription and let your license expire, you will no longer have access to software updates or email support.
Will you automatically charge my credit card or PayPal account after 1 year?
Yes, your purchase is a subscription. You can cancel your subscription and add/remove payment methods at any time from My Account. We'll send you an email 14 days before we charge your account as a reminder.
How do I free up some of my site limit?
You can get a list of your currently activated sites and deactivate them anytime from My Account. This will stop that site from counting toward your license limit.
Do development and staging sites count toward my limit?
Development and staging sites are ignored and do not count towards the site limit. For example, awesomesite.com will count towards the limit, but dev.awesomesite.com, awesomesite.dev, staging.awesomesite.com, etc will not count toward your limit.
Will the plugin work on multisite with a Bronze or Silver license?
Yes, but you'll need to upgrade to submit a support request concerning your multisite install.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept purchase orders but only for Enterprise licenses which are not listed above. Please contact us if you’re interested in an Enterprise license.

Do you offer a discount to educational institutions for departments, classrooms, labs, or the entire school?

Do you offer a discount for non-profits?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount to non-profit organizations that have tax exempt status. You need to provide proof of your organization's tax-exempt status with current tax documents from its country of residence. For more information, email us at email@example.com.
Do you offer a discount for students?
