Have more than 100,000 Media Library items? Check out our additional licenses…
Use a single license for all your sites, limited only by the total number of offloaded Media Library items across all your sites. We know this is unusual for a WordPress plugin, but it is actually more fair. How? Click to jump below for an explanation.
After a year, you can renew your license at 30% off to continue receiving software updates. Click to jump below for details.
PriorityExpert™ email support guarantees that your support request will be handled by a developer and assigned the highest possible priority. Click to jump below for details.
Your support request may be handled by a non-developer and not assigned the highest possible priority. Click to jump below for details.
Start serving your theme and plugin assets (CSS, JS, images, fonts, etc) from S3, CloudFront, or another CDN. Click to see a screenshot on the Features page.

We're using this plugin on our company blog. It's perfect!View on WordPress.org
I've installed this plugin for basically all my WordPress sites as it allows you to completely store the actual content of your site in a separate location. It also relieves your php server from having to serve up all those PDF files and images.View on WordPress.org
Strange, right? Most WordPress plugins are limited to a certain number of sites, so why is this one using the size of the Media Library? It turns out to be more fair...
Let's say you have 3 small WordPress sites. The Bronze license would probably serve you well. While a big site like TechCrunch would need a much bigger license. That's fair.
Now lets imagine licenses were limited by number of sites instead (like most other WordPress plugins): Bronze 1 site, Silver 2 sites, Gold 5 sites, etc. TechCrunch would only need a Bronze license while you would need Gold. Boourns.
Before you hit your license limit we'll add a notice (dismissible) to your WordPress dashboard and send you an email encouraging you to upgrade. If you do hit your limit, all essential features will continue to work, but a few non-essential features will be disabled until you upgrade your license.
PriorityExpert™ email support guarantees that a developer will handle your support request. A developer will reply to your very first email and a developer who works on the software will see it through to conclusion. It also means that your request will be assigned the highest priority in our queue.
In contrast, Standard email support requests are assigned a lower priority and may be handled by a non-developer before being escalated to a developer (if necessary).
If you let your license expire, you will no longer have access to email support.
Nope. An image uploaded to your Media Library counts as 1 item toward your limit regardless of how many resized images are generated.
When there's a new release of the plugin or its addons, the update will show in the WordPress dashboard just like any other plugins and you can update them just like any other plugins. You can also download the plugin zips by logging into My Account.
If you let your license expire, you will no longer have access to software updates.
Your license must be renewed 1 year after purchase, otherwise it expires and you will no longer have access to software updates or email support. All essential features of the plugin will continue to work so long as your license is not expired and the size of your site's Media Library does not exceed your license limit.
The cost of renewal is 30% off the regular price if you renew before your license expires. If you renew after your license expires, it's 20% off the regular price.
We simply count the number of Media Library items that you have uploaded to Amazon S3 and send that number to our server. The plugin does this for each site you have the license installed on. We can then add up the numbers to see if you're approaching your license limit and notify you about it.
Yep. In fact, it's super easy. Just login to My Account, click the "Upgrade" button, choose your new license, confirm payment, and your license will be upgraded instantly.
Only if you enable auto renewal. There's an Automatically renew my license checkbox that you can uncheck when checking out. You can also enable/disable auto renewals and add/remove payment methods anytime from My Account. We'll send you an email 14 days before we charge your account as a reminder. If you don't have auto renewals enabled, we'll send you an email before your renewal date asking you to click a link to renew.
You can get a list of your currently active sites and deactivate them anytime from My Account. This will stop that site's Media Library size from counting toward your license limit. You could also remove some of the items in your Media Library if that's an option.
As many as you like. For each site you activate your license on, we add the size of its Media Library to the total in use for your license.
WP Offload S3 is designed to work with other plugins that stick to WordPress' API. Most plugins do, some don't. For these plugins it's necessary to add some additional code to get them to work with WP Offload S3. Check out our doc for more details.
Nope. Addons are only available as part of a license. We've decided not to sell addons separately because it complicates licensing. You would need a license for each addon and would need to renew each addon individually.
Also, if we did sell addons separately, they would be more expensive. By bundling them into the licenses, they are heavily discounted.
Yes, but you'll need to upgrade to submit a support request concerning your multisite install.
